Order Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of placing the order or until the order has not been shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at customersupport@instantlyyours.in with your order details.

Order Cancellation by Instantly Yours:
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as unavailability of stock, logistics issues, or other situations beyond our control.
- In case of such cancellations, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Non-Cancellable Items:
- Orders for perishable items (ready-to-eat or ready-to-cook food) cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- Customized or bulk orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.
