Return and Refund Policy

At Instantly Yours, we are committed to delivering high-quality, convenient, and hygienic food products.

While we do not accept general returns for food safety reasons, we offer refunds or replacements inspecific cases.

Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements

We do not accept returns, but we will provide a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  - Damaged or tampered packaging upon delivery
  - Incorrect product received
  - Missing items in the order
  - Expired product delivered (highly unlikely but covered for assurance)

 

All refund or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of order delivery.

 

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at customercare@instantlyyours.in with the subject line: Refund/Replacement Request - [Order ID].

2. Provide clear photos/videos of:

  - The damaged or incorrect product
  - The outer packaging and invoice
  - The batch number and expiry date (if applicable)

3. Describe the issue and share order details.

4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

 

Refund & Replacement Process

1. Approved Refunds

  - If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  - If the order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer (you may need to provide account details).

2. Approved Replacements

  - If a replacement is approved, we will dispatch the correct item within 2-4 business days at no additional cost.

  - If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit, based on your preference.

 

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following:

  - Change of mind or personal preference after order delivery
  - Delayed delivery due to courier service issues beyond our control
  - Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  - Failure to report an issue within 7 days of delivery
  - Partially used products

 

Order Cancellations

  - Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

  - If an order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  - To cancel an order, contact us at customercare@instantlyyours.in with your Order ID as soon as possible
