Cancellation policy

At Instantly Yours, we strive to deliver high-quality products with utmost convenience. However, if you need to cancel an order, please review our cancellation policy.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  - Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped.

  - Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  - To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at customercare@instantlyyours.in  with your Order ID and details.

 

2. Order Cancellation by Instantly Yours

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  - Unavailability of stock

  - Logistics or operational issues

  - Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

 

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

For food safety and operational reasons, certain orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped:

  - Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Ready-to-Cook (RTC) food products cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  - Customized and bulk orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.

 

4. Refund Processing for Cancellations

  - If an order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

      - If the order was placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer (you may need to provide account details).
