 Shipping Destination

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

 

 

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone.

 

 

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

          Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

          Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days-

          Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier service disruptions or weather conditions.

 

 

Shipping Charges

  • COD Convenience Charge: INR65
  • Orders Above INR399: Free shipping
  • Orders INR399 & Below: Standard shipping charge of INR85 applies.

 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment via the email sent to you with tracking details.

 

 

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Our shipping partner, Shiprocket, is an aggregator that collaborates with multiple courier services to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Depending on your location, your order may be delivered via one of Shiprocket's rusted logistics partners.

 

 

Undelivered Packages

If your package is undelivered due to incorrect address details or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • You may request re-shipment by paying additional shipping charges.
  • If you prefer a refund, we will process it after deducting shipping fees.

 

 

Damaged or Missing Items

  •  If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package with photographic evidence.
  • If an item is missing from your order, please report it within 48 hours.
  • We will assess and provide a resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

 

 

Change of Address Requests

We will try our best to accommodate a change of address request; however, we cannot guarantee it. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at customercare@instantlyyours.in .
