Take 1 tablespoon of ghee or oil in a pan, heat it on high flame, and add the spices from the Spice Pouch (small pouch). Sauté for 30 seconds or until aromatic.

On medium flame, add the tadka from the Tadka Pouch(medium pouch) and mix well.

On medium flame, add the contents of the Chole Pouch (large pouch) along with 1/3 cup (about 50 ml) of water. Mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Once simmered, serve hot and consider garnishing with chopped cilantro, a squeeze of lime or some thinly sliced red onions and green chillies for a rich, flavorful experience!
