Steps
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over high heat, add the spices from the Spice Pouch (small pouch), and sauté for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
On medium flame, add the contents of the Dal Pouch(large pouch) and 1/3 cup (about 50ml) of water, mixing well.
On medium flame, stir in the sauce from the Base Pouch (medium pouch) and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Once the dal has simmered and is well-mixed, it's ready to serve. Consider adding fresh corriander, some cream or a squeeze of lime for a rich, flavorful experience!
